Why nothing works?
I sleep very, very bad. on average it takes me about 2 or 3 hours of sleep. When I sleep, I wake up often and not sleep quality. i get probably between 2 to 5 hours of sleep each night. I was prescribed sleeping pills by my doctor and have slightly improved my ability to sleep, but then stopped working altogether. I tried warm milk, no caffeine after noon, hours before Working Paper No. 5, or after eating dinner, reading before bedtime bath, heat, essential oils, meditation, sleep music, sleep without music, sleeping with the lights, sleep in pitch black .. I've tried everything and am still experiencing this problem. same sleeping pills counter are not working, nor the new ones I have been prescribed. What could be the problem and how can I solve this problem? I days absent and days of work because of illness due to lack of sleep ..
In the previous post said, if you are 12 years and have such serious problems, then you should see a sleep specialist. Maybe it's a problem more serious than just ordinary teenage insomnia sleep. In addition, you may need counseling to help deal with anxiety about sleep. Does other neurological problems? If you do, then a neurologist (brain specialist) may be able to help better than a regular doctor. Your doctor may recommend a sleep specialist who can do research to see what is so wrong and then recommend a more reasonable course of treatment. I think the link works now.
