Help: sleep disorder? … insomnia?
ok. equally, a week … I had trouble sleeping. I do not know what it is. but it's like I'm never tired. I'm staying until 4 or 5 am and when i finally get in bed unable to sleep. the series is going around and so many things that are running through my mind and I these rushes of anxiety. When I finally fall asleep I wake up at 12pm and discards and in turn that around 2 pm when I finally decided I had to get up. and stranger is this all started overnight. One night I slept like a baby the next sitting and watching the hours pass. I'm not stressed or anything. my life is going great. i love it. Is there something I can do? I have a sleep disorder?
