I'm confused, what should I use? Thanks

Excluding the time is not recommended. Use the time you have taken at 8am, 98.2. It is more important to have at least 3 consecutive hours of sleep which time his temperature normal temp. I just did what happens if you have your 3 hours of sleep and not far from normal. 98.2 Use and note in the chart to be withdrawn an hour out of its bubble time. Insomnia is a condition in which you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. Some people with insomnia May fall asleep easily but wake up very early. Other people may have the opposite problem, or have problems with both falling asleep and staying asleep. The end result is the poor quality of sleep that does not leave you feel refreshed upon awakening.

Insomnia can affect anyone of any age at any point in their lives. While insomnia is often transient or "transitory" condition, many people feel chronic insomnia. When untreated, insomnia can have many dramatic effects on the body, including physical, psychological and emotional.

Types of insomnia

There are different classifications of insomnia: transient, intermittent or chronic. Insomnia term Transient insomnia is short. It can last from one night to several weeks. Intermittent Insomnia is insomnia that occurs on and off. Chronic insomnia is insomnia that occurs constantly, usually most nights and lasts a month or more.

Symptoms

Insomnia symptoms may vary and may differ from person to person. Insomnia is a disorder characterized by an inability to sleep. People with insomnia tend to have trouble falling asleep, staying in bed for hours in frustration, spinning. Due to the poor quality of sleep they get, insomniacs are tired of most of the day.

The following symptoms indicate sleep possible:

• difficulty sleeping at night
• inability to get enough sleep at night
• feeling tired after sleeping
• waking in the early hours
• waking up at night.

Causes

You may be surprised by the wide range of factors can cause sleep problems. Health issues and lifestyle such as stress, illness, or sleep environment may be at stake. Or you could have a sleep disorder that interferes with the quality of your sleep. Whatever the cause or causes of your insomnia solutions are not effective.

The insomnia is due to 4 main causes:

1. Psychological

2. Lifestyle

3. Environment

4. Insomnia as a secondary disease

Treatment

Treatment of insomnia often depends on the cause. If insomnia is a disorder or a secondary symptom of another problem, health professionals prefer treat the first condition if the long-term depression, anxiety, or a medical condition that is leaving the patient awake at night. Some antidepressants, as SSRIs, can cause insomnia, however, others have a sedative effect. These include: Elavil, mirtazapine, trazodone and doxepin.

The antidepressant trazodone (Desyrel) also can help with insomnia. Over-the-counter sleep aids contain antihistamines can cause drowsiness. They are good for sleepless nights occasionally, but too often lose their effectiveness over take them. Many pills contain diphenhydramine, which can cause difficulty urinating and daytime sleepiness.
