BBT experts help insomniacs! BBT use?
He was really the allocation of this month and was very proud of myself that suffer from insomnia: (I managed to 5 hours of good sleep every day gets up at 7 am in the morning and had a thermal shift after ovulation determined. 9DPO but I spent a horrible night tonight. I went to bed 12 and woke again at 3 after a couple of hours really worried. He took my temperature before getting up and was 37.19 (98.9) (high enough for me!). So I got up to watch TV and has recovered her bed at 5 am, woke at 8am and was 36.83 (98.2) (very weak to me) he took back 20 minutes later and was 37.32 (99.1) (highest reading to date. I'm confused, what should I use? Thanks
Excluding the time is not recommended. Use the time you have taken at 8am, 98.2. It is more important to have at least 3 consecutive hours of sleep which time his temperature normal temp. I just did what happens if you have your 3 hours of sleep and not far from normal. 98.2 Use and note in the chart to be withdrawn an hour out of its bubble time. Good luck, I hope this is your month!
