If I put on medication for depression …?
I'm 15, I'm going to see a mental health clinic in the near future which could giving the possibility of taking medication because I had almost 2 years. Is my depression induced insomnia is very likely disappear within weeks of taking antidepressants (working)? Or can last even after my depression tried to be very painful in the ass because I have my GCSE's coming up soon? I have not really taken the "treatment sleep hygiene "bad." What other methods or can I use to treat insomnia if this happens?
