Ahhh … sleep. Sleep is one of those things that really is not at all a problem (like you, not all, of course). If you are receiving the correct amount of each night, chances are that not much thought in the dream and its impact on all areas of your life. And even if you do not receive your complete sleep cycle, you may not can concentrate on other things besides how tired he is. It may even be the point of desperation, due to lack of sleep makes your life miserable. However, if you suffer from sleep deprivation, you must understand that this is not just the hours you do not sleep that are the problem. This is how the lack sleep interrupted the natural flow of life. Lack of sleep leads to more things like poor concentration and memory. You may lose your train of thought while talking. A bad decisions because their ability to judge situations has been compromised. Depending on your job – which could be life or death. Do we really share the road with the driver A tractor-trailer decided to go into the sleep of the night to complete a deadline? Well, you're no less dangerous in the way if you make the same decision.
