Racing Mind Insomnia
Jog in the middle of the night for insomnia?

I suffer from chronic insomnia. From what I can remember I have always had deep enough trouble, a sleep. However, these past two years I had anxiety problems that caused my mind to continue to operate at night will not let me sleep right away and also cut me wake times a night. I thought to do some experiments, the first is when I wake in the middle of the night because I can not sleep, I'll try to go jogging and then a hot bath and then pray to fall into a deep sleep. The other is simply to stay awake until I feel so tired that I have no choice to fall into a deep sleep. Please provide any comments you might think would help. I already went to a sleep laboratory and the doctor told me there a problem with my genes and I had to find a way to live with her

They also suffer from insomnia. I can not find food aid after dinner, without drinks, no television, no computer. helps you prepare and keep your mind … inactive. I ran into a hot bath with the aid of candles, and then sleep and bath hot water, if I wake up. I hope to help. Ichiban.
